The day will be divided in two segments:
10am-12pm
No Pain, ALL GAIN: A Healthy Way to Stretch and Play Workshop. Open to all musicians and artists.
Workshop booklet included. $60
You will learn:
10am-5pm
Full Day Teacher Workshop for Violin and Viola Teachers. Lunch will be provided! Includes workshop booklet and certificate. $225

- how to properly warm up the body for playing
- stretches specifically designed for all musicians and why they work

Full Day Teacher Workshop for Violin and Viola Teachers. Lunch will be provided! Includes workshop booklet and certificate. $225
You will learn:
- basic anatomy for the musician
- how to properly warm up the body for playing
- stretches specifically designed for the string musician and why they work
- a teaching practicum with young students using the tools learned that day in a supervised master class setting
- etude study: what etudes to teach and when with focus on tension issues
- breath and the bow: learn to improve your relaxation and phrasing in performance
